Know your combined risk before your firm does.

Ledgerline watches every funded account and evaluation you run at once, and warns you before a rule would break.

Each firm's dashboard shows you one account. A bad hour on NQ reaches all of them at once.

of warning before the example account's trailing drawdown would break. Firm dashboards report a breach once it has happened.

How it works

Link every account.

Connect each funded account and evaluation. Ledgerline only reads account data and never places, changes or closes a trade.

See the combined picture.

Every account's cushion to its trailing drawdown and daily loss limit, side by side, under each firm's own rules.

Hear about it early.

At your current pace, Ledgerline tells you how many minutes you have before a rule breaks, while there is still time to act.

A monitoring tool, not advice. Ledgerline tracks risk and rule compliance. It does not give financial advice, trading signals, or buy and sell recommendations, and it never tells you what or when to trade.

Warned wherever you are.

Push and email alerts are timed from your pace, so they reach you while there is still room to act.

  • Forecast from how the last few minutes went, not a fixed threshold.
  • Escalates as the cushion shrinks: pace first, then time to breach.
  • About your accounts' rules only. Never a signal to buy or sell.

With you from eval to payout.

Built around each firm's rules, with a risk plan for every stage: passing the evaluation, building a buffer on the funded account, then reaching the payout.

Each firm's rules, modelled exactly

Trailing drawdown, daily loss limits and consistency rules are tracked per firm and per account type, funded or evaluation.

Funded · 50KExample data
Trailing drawdown$2,000$631 left
Daily loss limit$1,000$412 left, binding
Consistency30% max24% best day

At launch: Lucid Trading, Alpha Futures, and Topstep Combine and Express Funded accounts. More firms follow, one rule set at a time.

A risk plan for each account, in three modes

Evaluations and funded accounts get their own modes, because a breach costs very different things.

Example account
Risk plan mode
$250Max risk on the next trade
6MNQ at a 20-point stop
4Losses in a row before the limit

Within half of what's left on the daily loss limit ($1,000 left).

Pass without rushing: the smallest evaluation size.

Examples: a 50K evaluation at the start of its day, and the Funded · 50K account from the chart above, both trading MNQ with a 20-point stop ($40 per contract). No single trade may use more than half of what's left on the tightest limit, or three quarters in Push. Position size and pacing only, never what or when to trade.

Questions traders ask first

Is this financial advice?

No. Ledgerline is a risk and rule-compliance monitoring tool. It does not give financial advice, trading signals, or buy and sell recommendations.

The risk plan only works out position size and pacing from each account's own rules. Its three modes change how much of your remaining cushion one trade may use. None of them suggests an instrument, a direction, or when to enter or exit.

Which firms do you support?

At launch: Lucid Trading, Alpha Futures, and Topstep Trading Combine and Express Funded accounts. Apex Trader Funding, Tradeify and Take Profit Trader are next, since they run on the same Rithmic connection.

Ledgerline is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any prop firm.

Does it work with Topstep?

Yes, for Trading Combine and Express Funded accounts. You connect them with your own TopstepX API key, which needs Topstep's separate API subscription.

Live Funded accounts aren't supported yet, because Topstep doesn't offer API access for them. Support will follow if that changes.

Is my account data safe?

Ledgerline uses read-only access wherever a platform offers it. Some platforms, TopstepX included, only issue keys that can also trade, so Ledgerline stores those encrypted and only ever calls read endpoints. It never places, changes or closes a trade.

Credentials are encrypted at rest, all traffic uses TLS, and account data is stored in the UK or EU.

Does it work for evaluations?

Yes. Evaluations are tracked against their own rules: profit target progress, consistency and minimum trading days. Running three evaluations at once counts the same as three funded accounts.
